Hi there, a brief introduction is in order.
I'm a native of the West Midlands in my 20's and I am a member of a church in Staffordshire. This blog follows my time as a new evangelist to the streets of Birmingham.
Today joined with my brother in Christ and his wife to proclaim the word, chat to people, and gift out tracts on the streets of Birmingham. We started down outside the Bullring market, it was here after my brother finished preaching that he prayed for me as I stood terrified and brought my first preach, I shared the realities of death the judgement but brought it round with the good news of Jesus sacrifice and resurrection. Once the preach was over I had little chat with my brother then took up a second preach this time it went a lot smoother and with what I had planned as a message beforehand, I actually had my eyes open for the whole preach this time!
Later on after some fellowship over a drink we walked up to a street near the Palisades and both shared a message there, mine was short but to the point I shared what I had read down by the market but tied in with a reading from some of Psalm 139.
After it all I felt changed and raring to go for the next time, though a cup of tea is thoroughly recommended when one gets home.
